2. Message content: Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and review requests after a completed job. We do not send unrelated promotional or bulk marketing texts.
3. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your enquiry and the status of your job.
4. Costs: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Gauer Power Ltd. does not charge for messages sent through our system.
5. Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop texting you.
6. Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (250) 908-9208.
7. Supported carriers: Compatible with major Canadian and US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
